Movant in Gothenburg provides vocational training for adults on behalf of the municipality and the employment agency. We care about ensuring our students are employable when they finish with us. We need to strengthen our staff in the field of electrical and energy. We are a school with a well-knit team of vocational teachers where helping each other is a given.

The job as a teacher with us means you will plan and conduct teaching together with your colleagues in your vocational area, both theoretically and practically. You will also work with other teachers as we support each other's assignments.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who primarily has qualifications as an electrician and practical work experience in the electrical and energy sector and enjoys teaching others. Perhaps you have mentored interns or new employees and are passionate about working with people. You want to create opportunities for individuals to contribute to positive societal development. The work is based on Movant's vision "From Job Dream to Dream Job". We see that you are collaborative, solution-focused, and have good organizational skills.

As a teacher in electrical and energy at Movant, you will work both in groups and independently. You need to have good communication skills in both speech and writing, as well as computer skills since planning and follow-up work largely takes place via a learning platform.

To be considered for the position, it is advantageous but not a requirement if you have any of the following:

• Teaching qualification
• Qualification as an electrician and practical work experience in the electrical and energy sector
• Pedagogical experience as a teacher for adults

If you do not have a teaching license, Movant Gothenburg offers supplementary teacher studies through Karlstad University. You who apply for the position should be interested in training to become a licensed teacher.
